Craig Morris, Co-Owner/Broker
Craig Morris is the co-owner of Morris & Fyrwald Sotheby’s International Realty, with offices in Aspen and Carbondale, Colorado. Morris & Fyrwald was started in October 2000 by Craig Morris and Ernie Fyrwald, and the company has steadily grown with the addition of new brokers, the amount of listings, and the volume of sales. In February 2009, Morris & Fyrwald became the Aspen affiliate of Sotheby’s International Realty, which broadened their reach globally. For the past 3 consecutive years, Morris & Fyrwald Sotheby’s International Realty surpassed the sales levels of some of the largest and best known companies in the valley, and most recently sold over $425 million in 2009.
Craig Morris has sold over $1 BILLION of property in his 12 year real estate career, and personally had the highest sales volume in the entire Roaring Fork Valley for 5 of the past 6 years!
